I HAVE Lived here since Wednesday October 23rd. 2024 When I was HomLess. And after OVER 9 months. I am calling this Place, HOME. THE MANAGER AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF. I FEEL IN LOVE WITH THEM.... I Traveled over 1,000 miles and Last September. This is MY HOME....... THANK GOD. I will be 69 this month on July 31st. And TOTALLY GOIN TO RETIRE HERE.
No bugs in a two room one bath and kitchen TV and appliances descent.
Manager is very nice and was working with tenets that were behind 2 weeks on rent. Not bug infested either actually pretty clean. Also the divided rooms were nice for privacy with a family.
Few roaches but the place is visually appealing on the inside. Beds are comfy. Its rather nice considering the area. Ive only see the cops there once and that wasnt over a tenant. Some stranger was trespassing wnd their were enforcing their rules. Full of families at the moment so its not a super horrible place.
